At Bubloom, every piece is carefully checked before it’s sent to you.
For this reason, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or accidental orders.
However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll happily replace or refund the item.
To qualify as faulty:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is incorrect from what you ordered
